I am a freelance academic writing coach based out of Linden, New Jersey. I hold an MEd in higher education from Purdue University and an EdD in reading and literacy from Capella University.

When I am not servicing my Wurd Play clients, I am an academic coach, writing and language tutor, a college professor for writing and research, expository writing, English composition and first-year writing. I have also created and delivered a curriculum for in-person and online instruction (asynchronous and synchronous). My classrooms are learning environments conducive to group discussion, self-reflection, and aesthetic reading, leading to active writing and true comprehension. I share my love for words and passion for writing and provide the tools needed to develop to full reading and writing potential.
